The unique grade II listed building was built in 1814 to house the famous spa baths in Royal Leamington Spa and is full of history. The elegant Regency architecture, complete with exquisite chandeliers and stage, has been preserved and celebrated with a sympathetic restoration. Throughout its rich 200-year history, the venue has played host to many wonderful celebrations.

We are fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships, providing the ideal space for your service. We can accommodate ceremonies for as many as 250 guests in our beautiful conservatory and highly impressive Assembly room or for more intimate celebrations, we can accommodate numbers as small as 10 in The Conservatory.

Our award winning caterers offer a Michelin Star inspired menu from our creative director Daniel Clifford - you can even have a menu designed by him especially for your big day! The Assembly Room is ideal for a wedding breakfast and following evening celebrations. The space boasts a stage which perfectly lends itself to your evening entertainment, and a sprung floor for you to dance the night away.

You can enjoy this superb venue on an exclusive basis, allowing you full, private use of the building for the whole day and for perfect photo opportunities visit Jephson Garden's located directly across the street! We also offer a range of wedding packages to help with the planning process.
